Delivery Details

All prints are printed to order, therefore please allow up to 5 working days production time before dispatch.

When orders are dispatched they should arrive within 1-2 weeks in the Europe or UK and 2-3 weeks in North America. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks). You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.

Please be aware that any postal strikes may cause delays that are out of our control.

Import duties on international deliveries

All import duties and local charges in the recipients country, are to be paid in full by the recipient.

Refunds will not be provided, where the recipient has failed or refuses to pay all import duties and local charges in the recipients country, on goods ordered or supplied.

Right to return your order

You have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. This “cooling off” period expires 14 days after the day you have received your goods. However, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to all purchases.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of: commissioned artwork, personalized artwork, framed artwork or prints, or limited and numbered editions.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To make a return:

  • Items must be unopened/unused/unworn
  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Due to the fact that prints are printed to order, we do not accept returns for unwanted, mis-purchased or unliked prints.

Damaged items must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Prints damaged during the unwrapping or de-rolling process are not covered by our returns policy. Prints must be returned in a resale condition. On receipt of returned prints, we will inspect the prints for damage, marks, scuffs, blemishes, scratches and/or fingerprints, any marks found within the printed areas with be exempt from refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns on damaged or lost artwork

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable). Please note that if the shipping address you put in your order is incorrect you will either need to go to that address to receive it or order again at your cost. Orders with the wrong address will not be issued refunds or replacements.

Exchanges

If your goods are not what you ordered – for example, incorrect size – you are entitled to a free-of-charge repair, replacement, or, failing that, a price reduction (on your original purchase) or a refund.

Incorrect Information

Please be advised that it is crucial to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the checkout process. Any incorrect or incomplete information provided may result in delays or failed delivery of your order. As a customer, It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details you provide are accurate, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and delivery address.

In the event that you realize you have provided incorrect or incomplete information after completing the checkout process, you must notify us immediately.

We strongly encourage you to double-check the accuracy of your information before finalizing your purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within the initial 24 hours after placing the order. If a cancellation request is made within this time-frame, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded in full.

Shipping Returns

To start a return, or for any questions about returns, you can contact us at hello@majacreations.com or via our contact form.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will not be covered by the business. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once a return is received and found without damage, your refund will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
